Pay fees online or through the SAILS app with your credit/debit card

You can now pay library fees online through your library account. Please have your 14 digit library card number and PIN handy (your PIN should be the last 4 numbers of your phone number). Please contact the library if you experience difficulty signing in to your account.
  • There is a $.85 credit card processing fee per transaction not per individual fine paid. 
    ​(Please note this transaction fee increased to $.85 on July 1, 2019.)
  • A third party provider (ProPay, Inc.) is used in the process to pay fines, fees or donate, or otherwise initiate credit/debit card transactions via the library’s website.
  • This transaction is protected by SSL certification, a protocol for transmitting data securely.
  • This payment system complies with PCI-DSS standards (PCI-DSS stands for Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
  • SAILS Library Network and participating public libraries do not collect or store any personal information or credit or debit card processing data.
  • Library fines and fees are cleared automatically from your library account during the payment process.
  • If your account continues to display outstanding fines and fees please contact the library for assistance. 
  • A failed transaction may leave a pending charge on your  account. These "pre-authorized" amounts normally clear within 24 hours.
  • Technical requirements and services are the sole responsibility of SirsiDynix Inc. and ProPay Inc.. By processing you agree to accept and assume all risks and responsibilities for the losses and damages that may arise from your use of this payment service and release the SAILS Library Network and its member libraries from all liability.
