- Be in comfortable clothing with good fitness shoes (Other than meditation) on and water handy.
- Be sure the 4-5’ square area around your feet is completely clear of everything, preferable without carpet for dance fitness.
- If you have any balance concerns, please have a chair next to you to hold on to. SEATED PARTICIPANTS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME!!
- As always, don’t do anything that doesn’t feel right, causes pain, or exceeds your own limits. If you feel shortness of breath, lightheadedness or chest pain STOP immediately and get help. By joining this class, you attest that you have received medical clearance from your doctor to exercise. All exercise has inherent risk of injury.
Accessing the Class
- For meeting login information, email [email protected]
- Have your internet-connected computer turned-on & positioned in a spot that you can easily see the screen while standing where you will be dancing.
- Click the link in your email to join the classes.
- Say hi to your fellow ZOOM FITNESS BUDS! Sip Your Coffee. You did it.
- The ZOOM program will prompt you to allow for audio and/or video. You choose if you want to be seen or heard. You will be able to hear and see anyone who chose to be seen and heard.
- If you have speakers for your PC, use them.
- If you can connect your PC to a larger screen like a TV, do it.
